Annual Meeting Update
At the 2026 SHPOA Annual Meeting:
Current board members Mitch Corry (Government Affairs) and Jeff McClane (Secretary) were up for re-election and retained their positions.
Christy Oakes’ (former Grounds Director) term ended this year and she did not seek re-election.
Susie Zabel was nominated, and elected to the board.
New Social Director Ann Natalie was introduced.
Ann recently filled a vacant position.*
David White is replacing Stacy Shepherd as Treasurer.
After years of service and dedication, Stacy stepped down mid-term and David is filling the open position.*
Congrats Mitch and Jeff, and welcome to Susie, Ann, and David! And thank you to Stacy for the incredible amount of time and effort spent keeping our financial house in order, and your contributions to the board in general.
*Vacant positions (typically because a board member steps down mid-term) can be filled by a board vote. Board seats held by members that choose not to seek re-election upon term expiration are always filled (assuming there are nominees) at the Annual Meeting.
